This week in school we have been thinking about ‘Children’s Mental Health Week’.  This year the theme is ‘Find Your Brave’ and we have been thinking about times when we have shown bravery, and how sharing our worries with someone we trust is a brave thing to do.

In assembly we shared the story ‘The Wolf’s Colourful Coat’ by Avril McDonald, a story about being brave.

We will also be holding a Parent/Carer workshop on supporting children’s emotions and ‘The Zones of Regulation’ on Friday 6^th March at 9am.  We hope to see you there!
