World Wellbeing Week

It’s #WorldWellbeingWeek and we are sure that many of you will agree that this year has been challenging physically and emotionally for lots of children and adults, and it’s important that we recognise this.

This week is to raise awareness about mental health and provide young people as well as adults with the tools and knowledge to help manage their mental health. Remember it’s okay to not be okay, it’s okay to cry and it’s okay to have bad days, we are all human and we are doing our best ❤️.

If you wish to get involved, below are resources for children and adults that will help support and improve wellbeing:

-Wellbeing Hub: https://bit.ly/2Nly7RY

-A blog about managing anxiety and worries for both children and adults by Paula Williams, a consultant educational psychologist: https://bit.ly/3hRWN2E
